GUTHRIE Property Development Holding Bhd’s innovative property development concept for the Bukit Jelutong Commercial Centre (BJCC) is set to further enhance its already-established reputation.

The concept was unveiled by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi at the Malaysian Unit Trust Week in Kuantan recently.

In a statement in Kuala Lumpur on Monday, Guthrie Property, a subsidiary of Kumpulan Guthrie Bhd, said the BJCC was set to be a unique integrated lifestyle commercial city at the southern gateway of the Guthrie Corridor Expressway development zone.

Guthrie Property said the 60.75ha BJCC, also strategically located at the confluence of major highways within Klang Valley, was poised to be a signature address in Shah Alam and the Klang Valley.

“The development will have a regional shopping centre, lifestyle and boutique retail office, family entertainment centre, bazaar and market square, garden office park and serviced strata residential units,” it said.

It said the BJCC development would further enhance Guthrie Property’s reputation as a quality property developer associated with well-known and award-winning products like the Bukit Jelutong and Denai Alam.
