KUALA LUMPUR: Franky Development Sdn Bhd has unveiled the Phase One of Jeram Estate comprises of 40 bungalows.
Jeram Estate is in the vicinity of Bandar Damansara Kuantan and near the Kuantan Bypass, an alternative route to the East Coast Highway.
Managing director Datuk Franky Chua Goon Eng said the one-storey bungalows would be ideal for retirees seeking a retirement home as well as for middle management executives.
The properties will be built on 6,696 and 8,881 sq ft land with built-up areas of 2,355 to 2,912 sq ft.
Prices start from RM353,000 for standard units and up to RM600,000 for a fully-renovated unit.
The show house was one of the units to be snapped up during the launch on April 8.
“The younger generation is also keen on these properties as the homes are planned in such a way where extensions can easily be made to include an extra bedroom, a study or even an audio-visual room,” he said.
Other projects for this year include a resort condominium overlooking the South China Sea in Beserah and three-storey shop-offices in Air Putih, Semambu.
