PENANG: Asia Pacific Land Bhd (AP Land) will launch some 100 villas for its golf resort in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang by year-end, said joint managing director Low Su Ming.
“These villas will be the first wave of our high-end residential project for the township.
“We still have about 1,500 acres of undeveloped landbank in Bandar Tasik Puteri, which will be used for high-end residential and commercial properties,” she said after the company AGM yesterday.
AP Land had developed some 8,000 properties at the township, which now had a population of about 50,000 and demand for commercial properties, Low said.
She also said the company would launch landed and high-rise properties with an estimated gross development value of over RM200mil for its joint venture Island Bay project in Batu Ferringhi at year-end.
