PETALING JAYA : Sime Darby Bhd Property recorded more than RM50 million in sales over one week for the final phase of Ara Hill, its luxury residential development in Klang Valley.

The final phase of 182 units with bigger terraces, private gardens and outdoor pavilions is within the 762-acre Ara Damansara township.

Built on elevated freehold land, Ara Hill features two types of residences – the Resorts Villas and the Resorts Condominiums.

Sime Darby Bhd’s group property director Datuk Tunku Badlishah said the market recognised the value that Ara Hill offered and appreciated the efforts that have gone into making Ara Hill the success it was today.

“We have looked at every aspect of the development right from the design concept to landscaping, feng shui to environmental protection, security to pest management services and more,” he said, adding that they have made improvements based on feedback from customers who had bought the previous phases.

He said that they conducted extensive focus group sessions with potential purchase groups and it helped strengthen their product offering.

With an estimated gross development value of over RM300 million, Ara Hill offers more than 10 design layout choices for purchasers. The prices for the units start from RM566,900 and the targeted completion date for the entire development is 2010.
